Atibaia

Today I am feeling happy because I have 7 days until we go to mission meeting. We will fly to a city in the state of Sao Paulo called Atibaia. Every missionary that lives in Brazil will be there. Most of them are my best friends. Well lets get to the fun stuff. There will be a hot tub, Swimming pool, mini golf coarse, a park, a soccer field that is very big and a whole lot of fun to go with it. :-]

There is a team coming down from Florida. They are coming down just to hang out with us and do a Bible School with all the missionary kids. They are really nice to do this. Our classes each day will be about 5 hours. After our class we will be allowed to walk around with our friends and hang out while all our parents are in meetings!!! So I can't wait until Mission Meeting [1 week].

Basketball

I just played basketball! My coach is really good and I will be playing with 10, 11, 12 and 13 year olds. I was going to do soccer but I figured basketball is rare in Brazil. Then I went to play and really really liked it. I will be playing Tuesdays and Thursdays. The coach said, at the beginning, that I needed to wear a white and a colored shirt. Mom said it is crazy. So I am going to bring a colored shirt and if I am on the white team I will take my shirt off because I have really white skin.

Well, sorry I haven't blogged in a while.

My New Apartment

Today we were thinking about getting a dog but my dad said we had to wait until we get to Fortaleza because we would have to buy a plane ticket for it. We would have to check if the apartment we have allows dogs. By the way when we walk in our new apartment we will walk through the balcony. Our balcony is big enough to play a full a game of soccer! P.S. my mom just said that is not gonna happen but I think it is big enough. Two blocks away from our house is a restaurant called pizza and tacos.
That is great because my family loves mexican food!

My day at school

Today I was going to school. When I got there I started my tarefas class which means homework. When I finished tarefas class I did atualidade class which means it's like history. After that I went to snack. Today I had bread with butter on it . When I finished snack I walked to the English grammar class. The next class was the English Pace class which is not even a foot away. Then I went to go eat lunch. We had eggs, potatoes, rice and beans . After lunch we went to the gym to play soccer and I scored two goals. When the bell rang I went to my Historia class which means History class. Then I went to my science class. Then I had another break and on that break we had chocolate cake. When I finished the break I went to my Portuguese class. Then I went home!!!

Since it was my birthday it has been more like home here because I got a basketball goal. I have been in Brazil for seven months. Today I learned how they vote here in Brazil in atualidade class. Sorry I have not posted a blog in a while because I have had lots of things to do.

TOO MUCH SLEEP

Today I woke up and went to eat a bowl of cereal. When I finished I went and saw that nobody was up. I went to my room and figured I should go back to bed. So before I fell asleep I looked at the clock and saw what time it was. Then I went to bed. By the way it was 8:4o.

When I woke up I relized it was 10:06 and my family was awake in the dining room eating pineapple. Then I relized I had slept for about two hours and six minutes.So I am awesomely awake all day!!!

My mom made me blog today!!!!!! Can you tell?

little center little point

Last week my family traveled to Jacarei to work with our church family from Kentucky. We worked with kids and told them about Jesus. The best part of the trip for me was seeing
Zack, Gary, Haddon, Brandon, CheeseBall, Sam, Ewerton, and Jeremy.

Jeremy was cool to let me hang out with him. In the week we played lots of soccer and basketball. Zack was my best friend. We played baseball with the rest of the guys. Gary was like my pawpaw because he told me he had served in the military. He also tickled me and roughed me up.

It was a great trip!!!
